Whether you quilt, knit, crochet or scrapbook the Camp Willson Fabric Arts and Scrapbooking Weekend is for you! Join us to work on a project quilt, learn how to knit or crochet, finish those pieces that you started so long ago, or just enjoy the fellowship of a few kindred spirits. We'll have friendly instructors to help you along, give you some hints to make your creation a little bit simpler to finish, and encourage you in your efforts.

Step #1 Choose your option—quilting, knitting, crocheting or scrapbooking. We will have staff available to help you with each option. Talented instructors will be ready to help you get started, learn shortcuts, and guide you along, as needed. Beginners are more than welcome!

Step #2 Choose your level of instruction for the weekend. You may choose to participate in the project for the weekend. OR you may decide to bring your unfinished projects from home and complete them next to a crackling fire, with encouragement from like-minded folks. It is all up to you.

Step #3 Register for your package. You may mail the attached registration form with payment, or simply call and register by phone. Once we receive your registration, we will send a confirmation packet that includes a list of what to bring, materials needed, and other helpful information.

Step #4 Arrive—ready to create something beautiful. You will have time throughout the weekend to work on the class project that can be completed before you go home OR spend the time working on your own projects from home. We'll have some time at the end of the weekend to admire everything that was created.

The weekend of quilting will happen at YMCA Camp Willson in Bellefontaine, Ohio. The 455-acre setting provides a great backdrop for your quilting experience.

Sit next to a crackling fire in the Conference Center and watch a fantastic sunset over the lake, hike around the grounds to stretch your legs, or wrap up in your favorite quilt and enjoy some quiet time.

You will stay in modern, heated cabins with complete restroom facilities. (Bring your own bedding, towels, and toiletries.) We'll eat meals together in Pettigrew Dining Hall, where you will feast on some fantastic cooking from Dora and her crew.
